Kibaki backs dual citizenship

President Kibaki has supported calls for dual citizenship in the new constitutional dispensation. “As the world becomes more integrated we must encourage free movement of citizens and the right to own property in any part of the country - said President Kibaki” He urged all the nationals who live and work abroad to make their contribution towards the constitution making process to guarantee the interests of all Kenyans based on their experiences in their new countries of residence.
